GOOD FOR YOU! You will love the success that awaits you. I have always said you can’t overwork stretches. I too used to do stretches at every opportunity. This, I believe, is a good reason I made such quick gains. I would say listen to your penis. A little soreness never hurt me:) but the length gains did hurt her a few times:)

Hey DLD…I bought …
Hey DLD…I bought the MOS DVD and am on Phase one and just finished my first week. I do the stretches in the morning and then 600 Jelqs. I also through out the day everytime I go to the restroom, I do another set of stretches, is there a down side of me doing this? Do you think the will speed up the results or should I continue as I am doing as long as it does not cause me any problems?
