    The pills don't seem to do much, they just kinda keep more blood in your penis at all times, leaving you a little more hung. But your erection stays the same size. To increase the erection size, the best thing I found were some exercises on Mistermanpower.com. I've gained bout an inch in erection length in two months, which is a realistic gain.
