Penis enlargement pills, oil, patches or devices? Do they work? Or surgery?

Ok, I have a little… hmmm… problem. Really little. I heard only plastic surgery can help with that but I’m afraid of it. So any other suggestions are highly appreciated. I read about penis extenders. http://officialmedications.com/item/penis_extender_standard.html They look believable but do they work? Please share personal experiences only. And don’t smile.
